Keyword Research for "online degree program"

Hi,
I am planning to make a site on the niche/topic ‘online degree program’ that will cover resources, tips, advice and suggestions about online degree programs all around the world and based on some selected locations.

The main keyword for the site is going to be ‘online degree program’. All related keywords for the main keyword needs to be researched as per given guideline so I can later use them for content creation purpose and carry out effective link building practices.

1.Find 25 good and relevant keywords for the main keyword ‘online degree program’. Make sure your researched KWs has at least two of the words matching/from the main keyword.

2.Find GMS (Global Monthly Search) result for each of your selected KWs that has a search volume of above 250+ with a CPC/Suggested Bid price of above $10.00 but lower than $90.00 and a good yearly search trend (mention if search trend is dropping/rising/stable for each KW you choose).

3.Find LMS (Local Monthly Search) result for each 25 keywords that you have gathered and put their individual CPC rate/Suggested Bid. CPC data you get in this case should be in the range of $10.00 to $90.00. In this case the selected locations are CA & US

4.I would need allintitle data for each of your researched keyword in a separate column in the excel file. (If your assigned local location is UK then you should get the allintitle data for each of your chosen keyword from www.google.co.uk/ and put it in a separate field in your excel report file)

5.Finally organize all information required above in an excel sheet so that I can understand it clearly.
